These Terms of Service govern your use of weartry.shop and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. About Us
WearTry is an online clothing retailer selling apparel for men, women, and kids, shipping to customers across the United States, United Kingdom, and European Union.
2. Orders and Pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars and confirmed at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed. An order is accepted once payment has been successfully processed; we will send a confirmation email once this happens.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. WearTry does not store your full card details. All transactions are subject to our payment provider's own verification and fraud-prevention checks, and we reserve the right to cancel and refund any order flagged as high-risk or fraudulent.
4. Shipping and Customs
We ship internationally. Delivery times and applicable customs duties or taxes vary by destination; see our Shipping Information page for details. Where required, duties and taxes are either collected at checkout or payable by the customer on delivery, depending on order value and destination.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, materials, and sizing accurately. Slight variations may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing batches.
